I was really impressed with the value for my money-great facilities and a spacious room with a private toilet and bath made for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Ximending, and the staff were friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for exploring the area.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.

Nice place, knowledgeable staff upon check-out. Comfortable beds, central heating, a private safe, and a microwave in the room. Clean shared bathroom. Perfect location to Ximending. Based next to both beimen and ximen and Taiwan and the shopping district and MRT.

Got Wheelchair Accessible room with a bed with windows and personal space + locker, for example as expected...

Just 6 km from Taipei Songshan Airport, it made my arrival effortless. being only 1 km from Taipei Main Station, I found it convenient for exploring the city.

The only minor downside was the AC in the room that couldn’t be turned off, but it wasn’t too cold, so it didn’t impact my comfort significantly.

the cleanliness and neatness of the place really stood out. we loved the cozy lounge area and the good air circulation from the air conditioner and fan. having access to a local pc was a huge bonus. the staff were friendly, always ready to offer helpful advice and support. the location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and local attractions.

This hotel has a fantastic location! It’s just a short walk to the MRT station and Ximen. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, making it easy to explore the area. The private room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Plus, the bathrooms were spacious and always spotless!

I had a lovely Christmas stay here! The location is super convenient, close to the airport train and Ximending area, where there's plenty of delicious food. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us, even printing our boarding passes when our flight got changed. I really appreciated the cozy ambiance of the hotel, plus the rooms were clean and had a smart TV which was a fun bonus!

The only downside was the noise insulation—it's pretty typical for places in the area, so it could get a bit loud at times. Thankfully, the hotel offered free earplugs, which helped a lot. Other guests were generally respectful, so it didn’t really disrupt our sleep. a great experience!

The hotel was new and clean with a great location, close to many restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions and concerns. They provided us with free water and the room was spacious, with a comfortable and clean bed.

The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to have a good night's sleep. We could hear our neighbors talking at a normal volume and this was quite disruptive.
